I need to blog they say…

Apparently to get the traction, we’ve got to blog. I’m wondering how people find the time for this? As a photographer, I am posting on FB, IG, and trying to keep my website relevant. I just feel like I’m spinning my wheels most times.

As a photographer over the last 16 years I have found this industry change A LOT. It went from a space of knowledge hording, to what seemingly looks like a safe space to share. Photography online has also shifted from a website to music to photographers utilizing all platforms and using all sorts of content creation tools.

I’d love to hear what you think? Are you a photographer that has learnt from other photographers in a casual space? Are you a photographer that paid for what you learnt? Are you a photographer looking for a community? What are your favorite tools?

I think a real community is where its at… A place where you can be yourself, trust those around you, and have ideas in a non judgmental space. (send me a message if this community exists, because I have ran out of time today to look for it). e-mail taravspencer@gmail.com

Thanks! I would love to hear from you
